The Therapy
A downloadable game for Windows
This game is a submission to LD51
“Mind Your Mazes”
“The Therapy” is a collaborative effort of Team PP (Wichit Pritchett & Mika Pi)
Play as an empath therapist in the minds of their clients. Navigate the constantly changing cube labyrinth, collect the last bits of hope, and escape before your patients' intrusive thoughts get you.
Theme Implementation-
Every 10 seconds the maze regenerates (timer is indicated in the top left corner) after 20 seconds the monster will spawn.
Goal-
Move the player to find the hope hearts. One heart per plane, and 6 planes per cube/level. Use the colored lights to help find the heart and get to the plane's exit.
Controls-
Pure mouse control: Left Click anywhere in the maze to move your character, hold and drag the Right mouse to rotate the camera.
“The Therapy” has 4 video/quailty settings.

Initial base Stone and crystal textures were generated in Stable diffusion and were further edited by hand in Substance painter & ClipStudioPaint.
Monster Animation was done by hand in Blender. Character’s Idle, Walk, and hop were made in Mixamo.
Update: Fix the very awkward controls which were stilling a lot of fun from the gameplay:
- allow clicking directly on the floor through the walls,
- make walls visibility dynamic depending on the camera angle, and
- allow spam click.
